GBThe customer service experience is TOP NOTCH The customer service experience is excellent. They worked with my on getting my seatbelts done. This was after USPS lost my belts. I had to buy some from a junkyard which need repair. I sent those in via UPS. They repaired them and webbed them with great turn around time. GBCustomer Service improvement I sent my belts to be re-webbed and they did them in the wrong color. Honest mistake and they have since rectified the mistake. The Red webbing looks great and done promptly. Besides the communication about the mistake, good transaction and quality work.

GBSafety Restore is Real and Works as Advertised The driver side seatbelt tensioner on my 2001 Acura just wore out. Dealer couldn't source a replacement. I found Safety Restore on line and took the bull by the horns and a chance on SR. Dealer took the old unit out and shipped it to SR. SR did its thing. WOW! It really worked! Dealer was embarrassed.
