Top Notch Highly Recommended The device was helpful for us while we needed it for my mother who suffers from Alzheimer’s. She didn’t need to remember how to do anything, we could just talk to her and see where she was quickly and easily. She wanted to live at home and in Assisted Living for as long as possible before having to move to a full care facility and this watch gave her the ability to do that and gave her family a little extra peace of mind, that she was safe. The watch, the app and the service were all excellent. I would highly recommend and we would use this device and service again anytime.

Excellent product and customer service We bought the GPS tracker (the black one as the charge lasts longer) for my mother as she often gets lost returning home, when she goes out. We’ve used it for the last two years and it has kept mum safe, because we always knew where she is and where to find her. It comes on a key ring and mum would forget what it was and remove it, so we hid it inside the lining of her handbag, which she always took out with her. So, we couldn’t use the other features on it but it did what we needed it to. Also, initially on setting it up with the necessary APP the Techsilver team were excellent at helping me over the phone. Very kind and patient.

The tracker is an excellent product The tracker is an excellent product. We attached it to my elderly father's house keys and it served its purpose on several occasions when he got lost and had to be rescued. The battery seemed to last about five days in between charges and the tracker itself was very accurate and works in real time.

I've had no problems with this company… I've had no problems with this company at all. Any issues I've raised were dealt with promptly and resolved without drama 😊
