My 85 year old mum with memory loss I purchased this tracker for my mum who is 85 years old. She was showing signs of memory loss and was getting confused on her usual bus route. Being 85 she had the old generation mobile phone with no tracking option. This device is so simple, we purchased the keyring version knowing that mum wouldn’t leave the house without her keys. It gave us as a family peace of mind that we could track her and talk to her through the device if needed. More importantly It allowed mum to continue with her independence for longer. I have given this product 5 stars, it makes a real difference and the video and support tools that comes with tracker are excellent.

Small device big on reassurance The customer service is good, as is the video user guide. The device design is compact, it has several useful features and is easy to set-up on your phone. Needed charging once a week, despite keeping it on the lowest power setting (the battery life claims to be much greater in this mode, so contact them if you experience the same). If you plan to put it on a set of keys, get one of their keyrings, as I found it tight to fit onto any of the keyrings I had at home.

Life Changing This watch has been an absolute game changer for our family. It has allowed our father to remain living independently and has saved us from the financial and emotional toll of moving him to assisted living.
