GBCan't find my booking I tried to login today so I could get my holiday documents together for August this year. Checked all of my emails (because I have 5) to look for the confirmation email as I am the one who made and paid for the booking, so you would assume that I'd receive the email considering I'd give them my address and billing info. I have contacted customer service regarding getting a confirmation email or my reference number and they CANNOT find my booking. Now, 5 emails in, I have discovered that they won't speak to me about it as I'm not the driver. Just go directly to a rental company and do not bother using this website.

GBWe have found Carrentals.com to be an…Good experience We have found Carrentals.com to be an efficient way to book a rental car at a reasonable price and most important, we have not had a problem finding a car to rent through them. When I went on to rental company individual website, many times, they had no available cars.

AUDidn't advise of their partners requirement prior to booking Didn't advise of their partners requirement - a physical plastic credit card - so when we went to pick up car from SixT they wouldn't accept a credit card on a phone and refused to provide car. We were then left to cancel the booking with RentalCar.com (which had been made 90 minutes earlier) and they refused to provide a refund.

GBThis site is a rip off This site is a rip off. I called ahead to ensure I could use my own insurance and they said no problem as long as I brought a copy of my coverage page. When I got to the rental office, I was told there was a problem within their system and I would have to pay $235 extra for the insurance unless I wanted to wait 3 hours for the system to come back on line, Needless to say I told them to credit me and shove their car up their butts and went elsewhere. Never got the credit until I made 2 phone calls and emails

GRRentalcars.com if you know it you Avoid it! Rentalcars.com is a booking.com unit based in UK with global BPO partners. I would like to bring to the attention of the users of this platform the company's total lack of ethics towards both customers & employees. Rentalcars.com in particular is a platform that, believe me, you would never ever use, had you worked for them. You as a customer may find apparent good deals but you'll pay them dearly in case of any trivial detail goes wrong just because you missed to read that small clause in that almost hidden paragraph on the online platform. My suggestion would be to book directly with the car rental company.
