This company is a fake This company is a fake. They take cash deposit for rental and then ghost you. Never to deliver a car or answer their phone. They are no longer on Instagram and links on webpage are gone . Owner Mark Pugachev not real.

Not happy I’ve rented from them 4x now and never had an issue. However, something has changed with their management and now confirms what reviews say. Paid $1,000 deposit, I got the run around for weeks for my April rental. It’s now June and they stopped answering when I have asked about my deposit. Shame, it was a good company and I gave them over $10K in personal rentals so the lack of customer retention / support is amazing. Oh this isn’t another competitor either like their usual message says. It’s unfortunate I had to post this because I really liked the contact I had but I just kept getting circles which is beyond disrespectful. So if my future business and money is not a priority for this company then my review is worth it to me.
