Most significantly are the following: 1) You get for your trade, the price they quote you; 2) We spent maybe 15 minutes dealing with the delivery/paperwork person as compared to 3 - 5 hours in a dealership; 3) Everything is straight up price wise. 4) they are transparent and knowledgeable. Very good service I thought it was going to be impossible to get a car loan to pay off my lease and that I was going to have to give it up and I decided to give Car Pilot a chance to play with my options. To my surprise they found a bank that agreed to give me the loan and everything was fast and efficient, My situation required a lot of time and attention and I got it all and more!
