GBOverall satisfied Had some issues during the actual process of using the lease, but their support got it sorted out pretty quickly. Besides that, all calls I made were answered by a real person, and I was called by a real person multiple times to clarify and get things in order. Payments were automated, and I was able to pay my lease off early pretty easily on their website. Obviously be careful with their stupid high interests rates, pay your crap off early.

GBWeight broke the bridge. I recently applied to use your services when I went to Bailey’s furniture store to purchase a bedroom set. I decided to decline the offer because of the many times and conflicts with the computer system being able to be accessed for signature. I do believe that had the system been working properly, I may have made the purchase, but because of that, and the customer service my wife and I received at Bailey’s, we decided to decline the offer, or use your services. The process was easy enough and the people that I did have a chance to speak with or very nice and professional. In the future, if I am offered a chance again to use your services, I probably would based on this experience.
