Paid a deposit of $150 and balance was… Paid a deposit of $150 and balance was due at delivery. Vehicle was supposed to be picked up on Monday 10-9-2023. Get a text on Tuesday 10-10-2023 that the driver would pick up. Started texting at 9:50am. Driver showed up after 12. I had a back up plan due to bad reviews on this company so I used the backup company that picked up and delivered the vehicle in 24 hours. Truck was picked up in Kannapolis NC and delivered to Maine. Now Move Right will not issue a refund. Stay away from this company. Use a company with good reviews. This company are crooks. Claire was the person I was contacting. Again, read the reviews and stay clear of Move Right Auto Transport

Terrible experience Terrible experience. Avoid at all costs. Was quoted 675 and ended up getting the runaround and paying much more. Moveright is intentionally deceptive and relies on miscommunication to get more money from you than quoted. Avoid at all costs

I had requested a quote I had requested a quote. I was quoted at $390 with no deposit required. I needed car picked up at a certain time and day. After having a difficult time with a previous company, I decided to go with this one. However this time they charged me $100 deposit with $290 remaining on delivery. Driver comes to pick up car and he tells me it’s $550 upon delivery. I show him text from Claire that it was $290. I didn’t have a choice I needed my car moved and he said to call company. So car is picked up and I contact Claire and she tells me she is not aware of the situation. But I was told a driver had issue with his truck and all cars had to be dispatched to different drivers so that’s why they sent a different driver to me. I was never contacted through phone, email, or text to ask if I wanted my car to be moved at that price. So I had no choice but to pay the $550 since my car had already been picked up and I was moving. I will never deal with this company or any other company or brokers. They are all scammers and I don’t even think they use real names. Don’t use this company or any other broker. Move car yourself and save yourself money and headaches.

Move Right Auto Transport did not honor… Move Right Auto Transport did not honor their contract with us. They are dishonest and dealing with them continues to be a terrible experience. They promised one thing and it did not happen. Now they are ignoring calls and emails.
