GBA huge thank you to the entire team at… A huge thank you to the entire team at United Nation Van Lines – you guys made a stressful move for us so much more bearable than we had ever imagined it could be! A big shout out to the sales manager who kept up with our litany of questions without ever being rude or curt. Another huge kudos to their pricing system that is low enough for us to afford while still giving us impeccable service in every way. The best part is the moving crew that moved us out of our 4 bedroom apartment and into our 3 bedroom house in California so smoothly – you guys were awesome! Love you all and wish you all the very best!

GBI wouldn’t have written a review for… I wouldn’t have written a review for just any average performance for any average company, let alone one that I give 5 stars for. United Nation Van Lines pretty much compelled me to write this one with how well they pulled off our recent move from Los Angeles, CA to Fort Worth, TX. It was conducted by young men in crisp, clean uniforms, driving a new-looking and clean truck. They were on time, polite, and worked hard. I am happy to have chosen them and recommend them highly.

GBThe move by this company was the move… The move by this company was the move from hell. They lied on their estimate, jacked the price up on moving day, then delivered late with thousands of dollars of smashed and scratched items. They also stole two expensive camping items including a Yeti cooler. When I put in a claim, their check bounced.

GBDO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY! They are great on sign up and the orginal movers, but once they have your things, BEWARE. Bottom line? They lied, they were unprofessional, they broke $30,000 worth of my furniture and still haven't gotten my $500 refund. Do the math. They are crooks. All my boxes were new, but they looked like they had been left outside. They hire local movers. They don't own their own trucks. All of my major furniture and appliances were destroyed or damaged. My king mattress was strapped to the back of the moving truck. It was soaked and black. It's been 15 months, waiting on my pitiful claim refund. Make sure you keep your homeowners insurance for claims. They delivered a partial load and we waited 3 weeks for the rest. There is nothing positive I can say about them. $30,00 down the drain..

GBUnited Nation Van Lines is definitely… United Nation Van Lines is definitely the right choice for a big family move based on our past two moves using them. There seem to be some companies hell-bent on just making a profit but this company is different. Their attention to detail and the way that everybody from their team speaks to customers tells you they actually care about leaving a great impression as well as doing a good job. We were moving houses from PA to NC, a mid-sized job with 3 bedrooms of things. Still, the speed they worked with and the care they took really was special. 5 stars.
