The best service ever The guys at Flix super hooked it up! Excellent service and quick pickup. Picked up 3 trucks in Phoenix and dropped em off in Los Angeles the same day. Communication was very good the whole step and they informed me of every move made in this transaction. I will definitely be using these guys again. Thank you!

I needed my vehicle shipped on short… I needed my vehicle shipped on short notice. They gave me a great price and exceeded my expectations! Support was awesome throughout the whole process. Will 100% use this company to ship my vehicles again.

Where is my Car Where is my Car? I booked on Friday with quoted price of $750 - $800 but instantly get sent a contract for $800. Rep stated they had a driver for pick up Friday or latest Saturday morning. I do not receive a call and had to call them on Monday due to them not answering on weekend. Instantly hit with more bs of a driver being found but only for $100 more. I refused because why would I pay more for horrible service. They agreed and stated they would stick with orginal price and a driver would pick up car Monday evening. They confirmed the car was picked up by driver but then I call dealership who sends me image of my car still being there. I call Flix Auto again and they confirm they "thought" car was picked up but it would be picked up Tuesday evening with deliver to take place on Wednesday after 6pm. Flix confirmed driver had vehicle. I waited up until 10pm with no call or delivery. It is now Thursday and have called Flix and can't get anyone on the phone. They have charged my card for the deposit but have not delivered. This is the worst experience ever. Will provide update later.

THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS This company gave me a quote of $525 my car was suppost to be picked up Saturday. Monday morning they called claiming I had to pay them $200 more because they cant find a driver to carry it for that price. I told them no. They claimed im breaking the agreement so I will not get my money back. I yold them they broke the agreement by not honoring the time nor the price quoted. I then called the owner of the business who LIED and claimed that i cant get a refund because i advertised with 2 other company. This is rediculous, why would i pay a deposit to 3 different 🤔 companies to carry my car that made absolutely no sense. I called back the secretary claimed i was getting back my money, she then transferred me to the owner who indicated that i wasnt getting my money back because I advertised with multiple (2 other) companies and I left a bad review so he is going to sue me. Well here is my HONEST REVIEW OF THESE SCAMMERS. If you dont want to be ROBBED stay away from these people they are not just LIARS but also THEIVES.
