Poor customer service I am a shipper and had a poor experience with TMSHIPPING. Accused our dispatcher of lying without providing a proof. Poor customer service with bad attitude. Order ID: 589159-CX. This is the reply to the below comment from TMSHIPPING: We don't have intention to "deceive" anyone and have a written proof to support our statement. This is very unprofessional to accuse someone knowing the fact that it is not true. Again, it proves our feedback and one star rating above. All documents can be provided upon request. Also, this is very unprofessional to disclose the company names, taking into account the fact that one of them is not related to the issue in any way. There is a written agreement/contract in place with Pegasus. Good luck!!! Feel free to black list both companies if this is the best business practice you follow in resolving the issues.

Great Experience I had a great experience with TMShipping. I had to cancel my first reservation very last minute due to a family emergency and they were so helpful and understanding. I was able to make A new reservation when I was ready. Everything went really smoothly and my driver stayed in constant contact with me. My car arrived in a timely manner and was in perfect condition. I would highly recommend this company and I’d use them again!

Deceptive invoicing, not doing business with Deceptive invoicing. They wait until you have submitted all your information and details and then charge another $199 for some administrative fee. The quote clearly states that there are no additional fees and the invoice comes from TMS Shipping LLC. If the $199 additional fee is paid to TMS shipping it should be reflected on the quote.

The service was really incredible The service was really incredible. Price was fair and the same as the quote I received. The driver was incredible. From the time he called to scheduled pick up to the delivery, I received daily updates and impeccable service. It's nice to be able to call and speak to the same person instead of being transferred around. I will definitely keep this company's info and will only use them moving forward.
