They picked up the car the next day here in Washington State and shipped to Des Moines Iowa. After 2 days, my sister got the car. Wow, super fast. Highly recommended.

Needed to ship my Range Rover from… Needed to ship my Range Rover from Cincinnati, OH to Miami, FL. TMShipping got it there in a timely manner w/ excellent service and no damage. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the shipping cost ended up being $150 higher than the original quote. However, TM lowered their service fee by $80 to help me recoup some of the increase. Will definitely use them again if I ever need ship a vehicle or if a friend asks for a recommendation for vehicle transportation.

TM shipping was responsive and timely… TM shipping was responsive and timely in finding me a reasonable quote, getting the agreement to me and making the process seamless. The carrier was also very good after I made the initial contact. The driver gave a thorough inspection of my vehicle before loading it, and delivered earlier than expected. No real issues, except having that the pickup window quoted was not met. Had to call the driver for updates, but to be expected with multiple pickups I guess.

Will Use Again and Again We have used TMShipping several times to get my daughter's car back and forth from Kansas to her college out in California. They came highly recommended and did not disappoint. Great customer service and extremely courteous drivers. Her car has always arrived in the same shape it left our house. I was so pleased I shared their information on a parent social media page for my daughter's school.

Poor customer service I am a shipper and had a poor experience with TMSHIPPING. Accused our dispatcher of lying without providing a proof. Poor customer service with bad attitude. Order ID: 589159-CX. This is the reply to the below comment from TMSHIPPING: We don't have intention to "deceive" anyone and have a written proof to support our statement. This is very unprofessional to accuse someone knowing the fact that it is not true. Again, it proves our feedback and one star rating above. All documents can be provided upon request. Also, this is very unprofessional to disclose the company names, taking into account the fact that one of them is not related to the issue in any way. There is a written agreement/contract in place with Pegasus. Good luck!!! Feel free to black list both companies if this is the best business practice you follow in resolving the issues.
