Great Customer Service I knew we were off to a great start when they took my call after 5 pm, even while the employee was coaching a high school lacrosse practice. The entire process of renting a bus from ECS was clear and concise. Every step of the way they were willing to answer my questions. Even after I didn't respond to them for a couple of weeks, they booked my trip at the same price originally quoted. I eventually had to cancel the trip, but even that process was simple and they were so nice to me throughout. I will definitely be using them when our trip is rescheduled.

I asked for the bus to arrive at 5:00 p.m. The bus arrived at 4:45 p.m. Our driver was friendly and transported us to our event safely. On my way out of the event I called the driver to ask him to meet us out front as I walked through the doors I saw the bus was already there ready to take on our passengers. Five star Service

Wonderful experience all around! I am a broker from another state and used ECS's services for my clients trip. The two charter buses and drivers were great.
