As a user of PanFly 4 or 5 times a… As a user of PanFly 4 or 5 times a year for many years I have always been happy with the web site, the drop off, and the pick up. On my last reservation I had difficulty with the web site, not being able to access my free days,or to specify indoor parking. I sent an email two weeks before my reservation and never got a response. My drop off was smooth I was able to switch to indoor by not to get my free days. The receipt they give you used to be clear, you text when your outside, they text back to show they got your text. Now the receipt does not have a text number and it is so small and difficult to read. I did text to the old number but never got a response. The website does not work in the Miami airport and if you are able to get on the site. you get a map of the airport. Hopefully they will get back to the old PAF tickets and text policy. This trip I waited quite a while for the bus and it was not until I called a phone number on the receipt did I know that they knew that I arrived. Hopefully the site navigation and the call back response and the parking voucher will be made clearer. Those working at this facility have always been friendly and nice and I’m still a user of this facility After wring this review I first tried to send it to them direct but I didn’t see where to contact them on their site.

Slow, expensive, and very few shuttles. This company is going downhill. They run less shuttles than they used to here at PIT. It’s over 20 minutes between each pickup at the airport. They can often not accommodate everyone waiting on the small bus. We literally saw 3 Globe shuttles while waiting for Parking Spot. I’ll definitely use them next time even though we have a corporate “discount” at parking spot. I’ll be letting our management know about our miserable experience here. Prices are higher with slower service and fewer shuttles. Edit: Now when I click the url they provided it takes me to a real estate site.

Bright and Early! Bright and Early! With an early morning flight, we arrived at the Parking Spot at 4:30am. The booth attendant was ready with instructions as where to park. Following her instructions, we arrived at the lane and were met by another attendant guiding us. The parking was smooth and we made our flight on time. Next time, it Parking Spot (J F K Blvd) again.

Even though we arrived late in the… Even though we arrived late in the evening on our way back to STL, the Parking Spot shuttle was there so we didn't have to wait long to get back to our car after a long day of travel. The shuttle drivers that took us to/from the airport were so friendly and courteous. There was a QR code for tipping the drivers which I appreciated, as I don't tend to travel with cash anymore.

The worst Shuttle drop-off Got in for my reservation 5 minutes earlier but shuttle wasted over 16minutes picking up other passengers and eventually dropped me after 30minutes of my pickup. I missed my flight due to this merry-go round. The worst shuttle drop-off experience. AVOID The Parking Spot SERVICES OR RISK MISSING YOUR FLIGHTS/APPOINTMENT!
