GBSCAM SCAM ! I was selling my car on Facebook Marketplace and someone started pushing me to get this particular report before he even sees the car. Don't fall for it! Wanted me to buy a VCP report to prove to them my car is HPI clear ,and they would refund me when they came to buy my car , and yes, FB profile suspicious , they need your money and bank details !

GBScam Scam. Selling a car on Facebook market place and one buyer kept insisting that he had to have a VCP report. I offered them a well proven 'paid for' alternative but they didn't want to know. When I pointed out it was the buyers prerogative to do their research he said he couldn't as at work and didn't access to his phone!!! Once I politely challenged them one final time the dropped from the conversation.

GBIt's a scam It's a scam. They ask you to get the VCP report from a specific website, where you need to insert your bank details.
