GBLack of communication follow up I appreciated the timely shipping of product and notice of one item being back ordered July, 22, 2023. Since then, I have called and left a message twice and emailed once, all without an update for my last item. Now it is August 29, 2023 and no word.

GBExcellent customer service Excellent customer service! I ordered a part that was on back order and the owner, Morgan, wrote to me and explained how the entire process would unfold. It took about three weeks (which is what I was told) and the part arrived today and is perfect! Highly recommend and I will be checking here first for any further RV part needs.

GBI contacted them Helpful, Courteous, Efficient I contacted them via email after working hours with a request to confirm the correct part number and how to order it. They replied at 8:01am the next morning. Which means someone was at work early! The reply exactly what I needed and included a link to order the part. The part was on my doorstep exactly 2 days later!

GBI should have looked here first I should have looked here first. I found the correct replacement part because this site had a handy guide that told me the replacement part # for these model #'s is... Unlike the 1st site I ordered from their criteria for ordering was how many cu ft and is it a 2 or 4 door refrigerator. It only took 3 days to get here and I installed it without any drama

GBMy RV Fridge is now like new! I purchased a 5 year old RV last Summer with a Norcold refrigerator. A number of the parts were rusted. I found every part I needed on this site. A number of them were tricky to get the right ones, and others had to be special ordered. Morgan has been great to work with, made sure I got everything I needed, and kept me informed as to shipping dates. Now my refrigerator looks like new!
