I am very happy with my new enclosed… I am very happy with my new enclosed trailer. It took a couple of days longer to deliver than I was told originally but, this was done during the New Years Holidays and I expected this would happen. I was very happy with the delivery driver. Matt went above and beyond in making sure I was satisfied with my trailer as well as his timely delivery. I would highly advise anyone looking for trailer to look at Southern first.

Great experience. Ennis was excellent to work with in ordering my trailer, pick up was relatively pleasant and quick, though it was a typical very busy Friday morning. Trailer is, of course brand new and perfect. Towed well on 6 hour drive home. Product delivered exactly as ordered.

Jerry was a great help Jerry was a great help. I found his knowledge of trailers very extensive. He was able to answer all my question promptly. The other trailer manufacturer had to get back to me with the simplest questions. I would definitely recommend southern trailer depot to everyone. The sales process was very easy. Deposit over the phone, and balance on pickup. Paperwork was all ready and waiting for me when I got there. Signed the paperwork, and my trailer was outside waiting for me. Very easy process.

A great purchase experience I live in Michigan and traveled to Georgia to pick up my enclosed trailer. The Southern Trailer Depot sales team and especially Ennis were great. Southern Trailer Depot Saved The Day The ladies there in the office and the girl that delivered did an excellent job in smoothing over an discrepancy i had with my sales guy. He changed the agreed on price once I arrived and called me a liar on the phone when I called him. Told me jut to leave it where it sat. Well, i had driven 6.5 hours and had to make a pickup so after talking with the lady at the counter she got the price back to what I had originally agreed to with Garrett. Bad experience smoothed over by Southern Trailer Depot Office lady, sorry I forget your name but thank you for a pleasant outcome! The delivery lady was excellent also. Thank her too!!
