Incopetent deliver man The delivery was fast but the deliveryman (DHL) did not come to my home to deliver the package. I stayed at home all the day waiting him to come. he directly dropped off the package at a relay point, this is unacceptable.

Did not stock item and charged a higher… Showed part was in stock. After payment, they notified they did not stock item and charged a higher price due to having to get it from a different source. Other than that, the transaction went smoothly.
