It was too good to be true.. I purchased the ZE smart watch with expedited shipping on June 25th, 2020, thinking I would receive it relatively fast. I reached out to their email two business days later after realizing my order number no longer existed and no tracking number had been posted. Customer service told they shipped the product and was just waiting for the courier to respond with a tracking number. Eight business days later, I am still waiting for a tracking number and am unsure if I will even receive a watch. I am very disappointed in this company and myself for being so naive. I honestly hope no one else puts their trust in these theives, because they will only end up empty handed with a hole in their pocket.

I order my husband a watch and it is… I order my husband a watch and it is showing delivered but we haven’t received it. Need help locating. Order number 16288. They sent a tracking number which is 9274892700509901001492534. Then sent a message saying that was an invalid tracking number. So can you please provide me with an update on this order. Thanks

I placed my order a month ago I placed my order a month ago, and have yet to speak to any one at Ze Tech. worst customer service ever. No one answers at the Customer Service number, no agents are available. All I get are computer generated responses to emails. If I had know that it would take over a month to get this watch I would never have purchased it. I want to speak to an actual person and get my watch or cancel my order.

smart watch Heap of s*it, it was suppose to be rugged, army tuff- it fell apart out of the box- save your money, no support no contact details for returns- fraud.

Watch apparently would not recharge. Customer service is shipping a new one. I ordered on New Years Eve requesting standard free shipping, not express shipping, and received it about 2 weeks later. It is larger than I expected, and feels like a budget watch, but otherwise about what I expected for a cheap mail order smart watch. The function i was interested in was the BP monitor, and it worked very well for 3 days until the watch stopped working. I submitted an email to the contact email address included in the minimal operating instructions asking for tech support, and got a reply same day from a tech support person. I followed his instructions and still could not get the watch to turn on, or indicate that it was charging. He asked me for a video to see how I was doing it, I assume in case i was not doing it correctly, which is a possibility. I sent a 10 second video showing how I connect the magnetic charge cord, and press the center left button and hold to try and turn the watch on. I received a reply the next day asking for my original order number and an address to ship the replacement watch to. so far good customer service. it Remains to be seen if the replacement watch will arrive quickly and last longer than the original.
