We had to pay storage fees because Car Ship guys was not able to honor the quote or ship the items from an auction- but they dragged us out for weeks and blamed it on others (new staff, incorrect coding, truck drivers, location etc). It was a different story every week- Go with someone else!! They ended up canceling on us and never shipped anything, but they did not pay the storage fees for stringing us along. Adam quoted it and Yvette was the manager. Bad service all around from everyone there.

Really, really bad service I am so upset about experience of using your service! I did not think it would be such a problem to explain firstly to the reception expert and then to the manager that the current jambs of the car are not related to my using experience of it. The problem was with the 2014 Peugeot 208. And with the fact that the car knocked out the mechanical transmission when you unscrew the steering wheel to the maximum right or left position while going uphill. Do you think this is normal?
