Never got my order It’s been past the time period they said it would take to ship and the website has no info as to where it is

ordered part next day air took a week… ordered part next day air took a week to get here called to see if they would fix the freight since i got it ground wont call back terrible customer service will never order anything from this website again even when i was able to talk to someone they were no help
