Ask For Vinny! Whether buying or selling a car: I highly recommend this dealership, but what stood out for me is sales member Vinny Asito . . . he is great to work with! From first contact to close-of-deal, he was attentive, informative, proactive and polite. I forgot a document needed for the sale, he drove out to my home and picked it up so I would not have to go all the way back. Now THAT is service!

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service… Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service and communication. I tried for over 2 weeks to schedule an inspection of my car that I wanted to sell. Each time I was told that nobody was close to my market, but they would bring someone in ASAP. 25+ phone calls and they NEVER ever lived up to one single promise.

Replacing parts without consent Booked my car in for an MOT. Staff are nice and friendly but I’m concerned about removing and replacing parts without my consent, the wiper blades were changed and I was charged double for the identical blades available on line. I won’t be using this garage again

On Nov 25 Allcars made me an offer of… On Nov 25 Allcars made me an offer of $69,475 for my car. On Dec 5 the appraiser inspected the car and no issues. On Dec 6 the Allcars rep called me and confirmed that the vehicle was in great condition. However “the market had changed” for my vehicle and they could only offer $63,000. Really? The market on the car dropped $6,475 in 11 days? I could believe some drop but almost a 10% drop, hard to believe. They shouldn’t make offers they can’t keep on cars that pass appraiser inspection. They took up my time and other opportunities and didn’t live up to their end. Untrustworthy.
