Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service… Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service and communication. I tried for over 2 weeks to schedule an inspection of my car that I wanted to sell. Each time I was told that nobody was close to my market, but they would bring someone in ASAP. 25+ phone calls and they NEVER ever lived up to one single promise.

Best way to sell a car Selling our Cadillac ATS to Allcars.com was a very easy, painless way to go. They scheduled an inspection at my home and communicated via email, phone and text every step of the way. The offer for our car was fair and beat givemethevin by a good amount. I would highly recommend giving them a try. Vinny was my point of contact and kept me informed during the whole transaction. Ray & Mary Jo Deskins Virginia

I have never sold a car in my life… I have never sold a car in my life before and I was a bit skeptical at first because everything was pretty much remote process. The way Angel handled it was super easy to me. The docs were being sent and received via UPS overnight and the communication was also instant all the time. Not only All-Cars offered the highest price, I was very pleased with all the smoothe process. The only complaint was the back took some days processing the check which was of course not Allcars fault.

They tried to cheat me I contacted AllCars online about selling my 4 year old Mazda CX3 with low mileage. Jim made an initial tentative offer of $17,200, subject to inspection. I offered to have a local repair shop do an inspection, but Jim said that he would send someone from NY to do it instead. That should have been a warning, but I thought Jim was doing me a favor. The AllCars inspector came out and said that he felt my car had been in a major accident: that the front passenger door looked repainted and puttied, albeit expertly. This is not true. The car is almost new and has never been in an accident. I bought the car one year ago from a Mazda dealer. It was a certified used car and I have the CarFax report and updates. I told the inspector and Jim that there had never been accident. Despite this, Jim lowered his offer by almost $4,000. Of course I declined. I feel like Jim and AllCars tried to cheat me by inventing a reason to low-ball me. They are dishonest.

They tried to low ball me on my car and… They tried to low ball me on my car and lied about the inspection they did. The person who conducted the inspection told me the engine sounded like new, then allcar tried telling me the engine was making weird noises according to the inspector. Carmax was more trustworthy and fair.
