Amazing service! I was talking with an employee named “Ken” very profesional and nice. He got straight to the point, and asked everything i needed and really showed he cared about me more liking the car. Amazing person.

I like the video of the service performed narrated by the service technician. Well done. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs their Audi serviced. This is the second Audi I've bought and had serviced through Rick Case Audi( Audi Gwinnett). I'll purchase our next one from them.

Rick case Honda no longer an option Appt at 8 at the collision center, didn't get an estimator until shortly after 915am. Counter associates kept insisting i should get my rental cart 1st. Why that matters, v they couldn't explain. Finally got my car dropped. Called 3 days later, no response. Called 4 days straight and no response until the 5th day. Furthermore, tried calling 3 managers and even the director, still no response. This place has gone downhill very quickly since the demise of Rick Case. How sad!
