Okay I ran into a few problems and feel… Okay I ran into a few problems and feel like I got gypped .One, the offer I claimed online changed at pick up, even though my car was a nice running not even a junk car I got way less than I claimed on the offer because I replaced the catalytic converter which is bull because I’m junking the car not really reselling the car which I’m sure they are going to end up selling or keeping for themselves ,I should have kept it and sold it privately. Although the guy that picked up my car was nice I couldn’t understand a word he was saying he spoke pretty much zero English so it made my experience kinda awkward. But my biggest issue is if you give an offer and someone claims an offer you need to stick that offer. I feel like I’m owed the rest of my orginal offer.

They were very professional they walked… They were very professional they walked me through step by step on how to sell my car online. Better than expected… I could not be happier with my experience with Sell My Car Online! The communication between us was excellent. They responded quickly to my questions and the whole process went better that I expected. The day of pick up was smooth and I got my check the same day. The diver who came to get my car was friendly and explained everything he was doing right up to the point he loaded up my vehicle and drove away. I’m going to be contacting Sell My Car Online again for another vehicle that I need to get rid of. I would definitely recommend them.
