Support helped me out and it does work… I requested a VIN for my VW and it came back with a blank page at first. I chatted with support and they provided a link and a pdf link that was right for my car. Other than the issue and resolved quickly it was just what i needed to see what features my new to me vehicle had stock and helps when upgrading.

This website is likely a scam/phishing This website is likely a scam/phishing. If it’s not, it’s just a waste of money. I paid for a window sticker, and it said my Diesel Automatic was a Gas w/ 5 speed manual transmission. Ridiculous. Anyone asking for this is probably a scammer. And all these positive reviews are probably fake. It’s not hard to leave a multiple fake reviews. CARFAX is the only trustworthy site.
