GBBETTER THAN REGULAR DEALERSHI*S EXPERIENCE! Great customer service overall, however there were a few Hiccups. They are quick to respond via text and will answer any questions to make things easier for you to understand. I'm giving 4 starts because there was lack of communication and team work. I dealt with 3 individuals from VIP Halida(Unknown), Michael(Sales Representative), and Nick(Car delivery driver). They all were super nice and helpful. There was some misinformation involved, but we were still able to make a good deal for Nissan Pathfinder 2022 SV. Definitely better experience as compared to going to any dealership! You don't need to spend 3 hours haggling. You'll get the same deal in 3 minutes with VIP Auto.
