Customer Service Luis Black has some of the best customer service I’ve received in a while. I can’t thank him enough for helping me find a driver to transport my vehicle in a timely matter. When there was a setback from a driver, he even went in on his day off to resolve the issue. I’d recommend him and Broadway Auto Transport anytime!!!

DO NOT USE Entered into a contract on 2/26/24 for my car to be shipped from FL to MD for $600. Car was to be shipped on 3/19/24. I texted regularly to confirm pick-up time and was told by text on 3/15/24 that "it's set." Received a call on 3/18/24 advising that they couldn't ship unless I paid an extra $400. Reason was not given. I agreed because I needed the car shipped.

Use Boradway Auto Transport Perfect for your vehicle to be transported. Luis found me a truck and driver within day of scheduling my transport from Atlanta to Chicago even after another company let me down. It was affordable and his communication with me was great.
