Derek Spencer in the Ohio location has always been (most importantly) honest and meet my every expectation. He was professional. friendly, knowledgeable, and polite. Our most recent purchase was an online purchase. When the bus arrived it was exactly as it was advertised and has performed excellently. The leadership of the church and the congregation that it serves has had nothing but compliment on the appearance and performance of of the bus.
