The scheduling with Alex was better… The scheduling with Alex was better than any other broker I have worked with. Very professional and kept the lines of communication open with me. From the time of scheduling to pick up of my vehicle it was a pleasure. The driver was pleasant when we meet in the pouring rain. Responsive and accommodating Alex was very responsive and answered all of my questions throughout the process! He quoted a fair price and stuck with it. There were some unique circumstances that we had to navigate with the pick up and delivery of the vehicle. Alex helped me to brainstorm options that could make the car pick-up/delivery work best for us and was able to accommodate our specific needs. I will definitely reach out to Sanway Auto Transport again if I have any future car transportation needs!
