The only down fall was they can't guarantee pick up and drop off times, but I was OK because the driver texted me the entire time from pick up to when my trailer arrived. he took time to inspect it! I liked that the deposit was only 50%, other transporters wanted me to pre-pay 100% in full, that made me uneasy and the primary reason I chose these guys. Great communication! Will recommend!

Excellent Service TruckIt365 picked up an 8x20ft enclosed cargo trailer in Castle Rock, CO, and expertly delivered it to our farm in Oklahoma. They provided insurance during the drive, and Mitch kept in touch by email and text all the way. Very professional delivery service, did a walk-about afterwards with us to guarantee everything was in working order. You can trust these people!

He called me back within 2 hours of inquiring and we booked the transport. Our driver was on time, made sure to call us at the pick up and delivery. I shipped a 28 foot concession trailer from Mississippi to California. The delivery was fast and I received my trailer in excellent condition. We weren’t on site and it was under warranty which included then a 4th party to deal with remotely. Truckit365 jumped right in and made the back haul extremely easy to line up, to include proving reference and background info for all hauling options!
