Not satisfied with the service and support Poor communication from Management. No evidence can be provided for the customer on the car's condition before delivery and there is no way to get the photos of the car before delivery. Pickup and drop is a hectic thing we need to spend our money on both cases. No proper response for maintenance issues. The mobile app is useless other than the miles calculation. Customer support is giving false commitments that are never fulfilled. Sudden changes for terms and conditions and if not agree we need to return the car.

The whole delivery process is very easy and convenient I have to say this is by far the most easiest, and fastest way to get your hands on a reliable car. Raquel was super nice and helpful in making sure I understood everything I needed to know about the program and if I encounter any issues down the road, they are just a phone call away.
