Mercedes 2013 GL550 My experience with Carstub was beyond what I expected. Vincent, the rep who visited me was very courteous and knowledgable. He quickly, but thoroughly inspected my GL550 and gave me a quote that I accepted. He then completed all the transfer paperwork and scheduled a car pickup that was convenient for me and gave me a bank check. He sent me emails to confirm I deposited the check and advised when the GL550 would be picked up. The pickup went smoothly and was right on time. I would use them again, was much quicker and easier that dealing directly with the public.

The appraiser undervalued the car… The appraiser undervalued the car condition in order to decrease the car value. He asked if I had maps on my phone, I said yes. He took my phone and added a good review for himself without my knowledge. I saw the review afterwards and deleted it.

Robert was the best!! Robert made the whole experience perfect!! What a refreshing experience to have someone that truly cared about the customer, He gave us a fair value offer, which we accepted immediately He had a great personality and really made the entire Transaction painless.
