GBnever again i ordered a Ecotric Fat snow tire from them it worked for alittle while then started grinding. ecotric offered a replacement for my motor but that one too was defective, so i said ok... maybe this was a mistake and let me order another motor. complained again and they sent me another replacement to fix the replacement motor that was messed up and that too was messed up. my final attempt was me ordering a wheel and paying FULL PRICE for the wheel to install it to the defective bike. tried it once more and those gears was also defective, not only this but the controller was melting internally without me knowing that could have caught on FIRE. thank god that the 3rd party service i went to caught that during final inspection. i was so pissed of at them i decided just to buy a ebike kit from someone else. the only reason i am giving 2 stars is their customer service was helpful, other than that their quality is awful.

GBElectrical wire fire 🔥 We have sent 2 emails with no reply to "sorry, we don't allow email addresses in our reviews" our electrical wires melted near gas cans and propane in our garage. They could have both burned us and the entire house down if any sparks would have been in that fire. All the wires are melted together. We purchased insurance since this is our 3rd ebike however we're still under mfg warranty and they don't respond. Id pick a better bike with actual customer "care" and don't park it in your garage near ANY flammables. Booooooo, especially considering the 1300 tag n shipping. Get insurance too bc clearly this company doesn't care. Im not done with my reviews. Every day they don't respond, I'll write a new 1.

GBECOTRIC HAS ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER… ECOTRIC HAS ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT AND WON'T BACK THEIR PRODUCT. I PURCHASED A ECOTRIC BISON FROM THEM. AT JUST UNDER 18 MONTHS THE BIKE STOPPED IN THE MIDDLE OF A RIDE SHOWING A CODE 30. THEIR TECH TEAM STATED IT WAS A BURNT CONTROLLER AND SENT ME A NEW ONE TO INSTALL MYSELF ALONG WITH A DISPLAY THAT CONNECTS TO IT. AFTER INSTALLING IT I RODE IT FOR 60 MILES AND GOT ANOTHER CODE 30. THIS TIME IT WAS AFTER THE WARRANTY PERIOD AND THE TECH TEAM TOLD ME IT WAS SOMETHING ELSE RESULTING IN THE BURNT CONTROLLER AND IT MUST BE A BAD HUB MOTOR. NOW THEY WON'T WARRANT IT AND AFTER MONTHS OF EXCHANGING EMAILS WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM IN CHINA THAT BECAUSE YOU CAN NO LONGER CALL CALIFORNIA'S CENTER THEY ARE DIVESTING THEMSELVES FROM ANY RESPONSIBILITY AND WON'T COVER THE REPAIR. OMG, THEY WILL NOT BE A SUSTAINABLE COMPANY WITH THIS POOR OF SERVICE AND WARRANTY.

GBDo not buy from this company. Had to help a friend through so many customer service interactions I’ve lost count. Bike broke. Battery broke, twice. Wheel broke. Replacement wheel broke in 3 weeks. And every customer service interaction is like talking to a wall. They don’t listen, don’t fix the problems, and don’t seem to care about any of that.
