Bought this Ziilock because it had good reviews Bought this Ziilock because it had good reviews. Either I have a faulty lock or it is rubbish. Can't turn the unit off. It continually beeps every time I move it. The blue tooth on the unit doesn't switch off. When I get the red light and then move it, the light immediately turns to green and beeps - and the reverse. I even unbound it from my iphone and deleted the app. No difference. If I try shipping this thing back it is going to beep in the box and the handler will think it's a bomb!!!! No assistance from support at Ziilock yet ... been a few days already. Very disappointed.

After 1.5 year still no functioning lock. DON'T EVER BUY After 1.5 year still no functioning lock, because the lock broke down because it cannot stand rain. A BIKE LOCK THAT CANNOT HANDLE RAIN. Customer service as amnesia, you have to explain over and over and over and over and over again what is wrong. They often don't answer at all, or answer very late, or vaguely, hardly seem to speak English at all. Shipments that get stuck, no track and trace code, suddenly, I don;t get a replacement lock at all because I already had one (I've told them 10 times it was broken). They have a rare talent of making their customers VERY angry. Paid a lot of money for a normal bike lock because the electronics get fried by rain.

Keyless entry quickly died and not reparable The fingerprint opening worked fine until the battery got charged for the second time, after it died (that’s about 1 year of use) Now it’s just a heavy key lock, with a rotting battery inside. Neither good for the planet or your wallet, better stick to a quality lighter key lock from trustable brands

Great idea but piece of junk Bought this lock a year ago for a bike at my second home. Loved it when I first got it. When i returned this summer, the battery was dead and would not charge. Customer (not) service said too bad. Battery is not replaceable. Do not buy this lock. Great idea but total piece of junk. Waste of time and money.
