GBVery disappointed... Shipping took to long over 2 weeks to get to us then product was damaged. Taillights were discolored and we were told this was normal. There was also unconnected wires on the back of the bike that we never found out how to attach them. I addressed these issues with the company and wasn't given a response.

GBOrdered replacement brakes on July… Ordered replacement brakes on July… Ordered replacement brakes on July 13th. It is now July 31st and they have yet to arrive. I emailed the company with my order number and asked when they are due to ship, but I have not received a response. Update: December 2nd and still have not received a refund, response or the brakes!

GBI ordered a e bike on June 7th I ordered a e bike on June 7th. And gave been waiting patiently for it to be delivered . Only to go d out the the bike is out of stock. I would not of known about it being out of stock until I emailed the company only to be told that they can't get the bike I want and offered me a smaller 16 inch bike. I do not want a 16 inch bike as I am 5'8" do will be looking for a 26 inch somewhere else. Summer is short here in Vermont and don't have time to fool around d. I haven't received my money back to buy another bike. Very disappointed in your company. I have asked them to call me at 802(585-9843 . The phone # on the website does not work
