GBI received a bike that was damaged in… I received a bike that was damaged in shipment. I had given this merchant a 1 star on previous rating. I have upgraded my opinion to neutral from negative. The merchant agreed to a credit of approximately 50% if the cost to repair the damage. The only reason they gave me this credit was I had posted the first negative review. They agreed to this credit if I agreed to write a new review or correct the early review. I do not know how to modify first review. I have neutral feelings about this merchant

GBSolid Shipping was fine, setup was easy. Couple of scuff marks on top of the breaks that wasn't noted beforehand.

GBGreat transaction! Well packed for shipping. Great transaction. Communication, before the sale was finalized, was great. Very helpful indeed. Bike was packed and shipped perfectly. I tend to worry at times about UPS…. but the box was firm, and packed well, with foam where needed. Minimal assembly required. Bike was exactly as described. Well worth the cost, even with shipping.
