Green Motion car rental STAY AWAY Recently traveling to Tampa I reserved a car with GreenMotion their price was right and being a cheapo I went with them despite having to take a shuttle to their off airport location. Shuttle was a no show, upon contacting Green Motion Office to inquire about shuttle a man abruptly said, “i will call you back and hung up and me”. Again I called again receiving a similiar response. A few minutes passed and i did get a return phone call. The man now explained that i was :45 late and they released my reservation leaving me without a car. The fact that i stood along the curb for nearly an hour waiting for a shuttle that never arrived meant nothing. i was forced to return to the rental area within the airport and had to pay through the nose for a same day rental without a reservation. Spend the few extra dollars and stay with one of the big name rental companies within the Yampa airport. TRUST ME

Horrible Horrible. Total scam. Do not use this company trust me. The cost you see on Priceline is not the real cost. There is an insurance scam as well. I would have done myself a huge favor if I just rented a car from the airport. I give this company a F.

Absolute scam Absolute scam. WILL extort money from you in excess of what you already paid no matter what. Guy in line in front of me declines in surance but they don't accept his brain of insurance and he is then forced to purchase theirs. 300+ extra for his rental in excess of what he has already paid for. Me, 50 state street legal with progressive insurance... Doesn't have the 300k required to self insure. Skip this rental place. They will scam you of cash beyond what you already paid for.

FeelLike we were scammed. The staff was courteous, the car was excellent. Very dissatisfied when we arrived to p/u car , the insurance we purchased from Greenmotion thri Expedia was not acceptable to Greenmotion. We were told it was an additional $95 a day added to a the insurance we already paid for. Or we could not get the car. That SUX! Your company is at fault for deceiving people in there represention. Anyone reading this review, need to be aware before your standing there with no other ave but to pay the extortion money. If Grren Motion doesn’t like My review, change your policies or at least inform the people whom You are renting to.

Zero stars. Bad company Zero stars! Horrible company we reserved through Priceline for a great rate at a place 'on the airport'. It was a long ride to the place which had no other customers when we arrived. They insisted that we buy more insurance in spite of having Progressive which was displayed on their acceptable insurance sign. They insisted we show our declarations page to prove we had this weird number: $300.000,000. They called it 3 hundred thousand dollars. Nobody carries that. They had us at severe disadvantage because we were in a strange area needing to get on our way. So we paid it. They charged the one other couple even more ...adding on toll charges. Don't use this Green Motion company. It's sketchy!
