Same as all the rest of the reviews Same as all the rest of the reviews. None of the reviews here are exaggerated based on my personal experiences. I’ve had 2 claims so far and had to pay them both myself to get my F-150 back on the road. Find a different company, you’ll regret using Infinite.

STAY AWAY DON'T TRUST THEM Like everyone else almost impossible to file a claim or get them on the phone. When I call they are rude and make it seem its my fault. The option for repair shops to report an issue is hangs up on the shops or sends them to voicemail and ever calls them back. Worst service and to me a fradulent company that will rip you off.

sold my car in April 2021 sold my car in April 2021, submitted my millage and all required information and since then they have held up my refund. Each month I call im given the same script..they have my info, its processed, it's with tye billing dept., that's another entity, they can't give me the billing number, a manger will call me; no one has ever returnedmy call. After waitung over an hour each month to speak to someone same and receive the same script, they always hang up on my face when I won't except the repeating update. Horrible orginaztion. Liers. They cover absolutely nothing. There so many clause when you need to use it. Several horrible customers service. It a big scam.

Buyers don't be full by high rating, I was. It will be a miracle if the pay a claim. If they do there will be a lot of haggling and uncalled negotiations. I take my car to dealer for maintenance and they have refused all legitimate claims without providing any reasoning. My mistake we got suckeredin buying two warranties from them. Unless I get their written report for their denial reasons I am going to take all the legal actions available to me for as long as it takes. I have 4 years left on a warranty, hope I never have to use it again because I know they won't pay and fight each time.

Worcester Consumer Rights is on this… Worcester Consumer Rights is on this for me in Massachusetts. They have written them two emails already requesting response. If there is no response they escalate to the AG - I highly advise you contact your Attorney General in your state, a class action lawsuit needs to happen; 4000 dollars for two bogus contracts.
