GBOrdered a set of Black Mats with white… Ordered a set of Black Mats with white piping for my C4 Picasso. Royal Cars confirmed my order clearly stating it was for Black Mats with White Piping. When they arrived they had Beige piping. Have spent many hours getting their email address & have now sent them about 10 different communication asking how they will be resolving the problem of them sending me the wrong mats. So so Frustrating. The quality of the mats seem to be okay but can’t say the same for Customer Service which is a complete joke!!!!!

GBBEWARE BUYERS Never Send Goods Scammers Mats not turned up. Fake shipping info parcel not left China looked them up they in France ??? Asked for more tracking info from “William?” said would take 20 days +\- When i ordered questioned them but was reassured then was told they had no staff to make them as they were all off work would be an extra 10 days by email after ordering. The next day had a email they been shipped got tracking “item received in China??” No more tracking after that. 100% fake and a scam So buyers beware Good job i used paypal. Opened a dispute.

GBI ordered the full set of seat covers… I ordered the full set of seat covers and car mats for my car. They were late arriving And only the front seat covers arrived, no. rear seat covers.so I cannot get A. Refund, they are the wrong size for my car. They are a waste of money I. Spent nearly 400 pound which I can not get back and the product is a waste of time and money.
