DKUnacceptable businessmethods I have tried to book a car with this company once and based on that experience alone I will definately not try again. I made a reservation for a car and the company wrote me after to days, that the selected car group was not available. Instead they offered me another car at almost twice the original price. But the car they offered me at twice the price was EXACTLY the same as the one i booked in the first place. Unacceptable and in my country that is illegal as well.

GBAbsolutely the worst company ever! Absolutely the worst company on the planet. Do not trust anything this company tells you, because it is an outright lie. They state on their booking voucher and website that you will not be charged any additional fees and the amount stated on your voucher is what you pay, yet when you pick up your car, you get a dirty, scratched car in a dark lot with shady people who charge you DOUBLE what you already paid. Outrageous!!! Then when you try to reach customer service to complain, you get NOTHING, never a response, never can you even talk to anyone. This is the worst company in the world. I'm Definitely reporting them to the better business bureau in the US. Stay away from this company if you don't want to lose all of your money for the crappiest service ever!!!

DKTraitor and corrupt The car was ok, but the rest was pure misery. I can not recommend this company. It's too expensive. Extra charges on which you are not indformeret about before you book your car. I had received an order specifications of a car to 439 €. But at pickup cost € 699.75. An increase more at € 260.75. We arrived late at night and did not have a chance to cancel resevationen. - Which would have cost us € 75. We had booked our car through RBC Europe, Rental Reservation Center. I can strongly warn against this! They inform you a false price. I will go to the European Commission, to stop these mafia company. I have good contacts in the EU. ************************************************************************************************ Danish. Bilen var ok, men resten var ren elendighed. Jeg kan ikke anbefale dette selskab. Det er for dyrt. Ekstra afgifter, som du ikke indformeret om, før du bestiller din bil. Vi havde modtaget en ordre specifikationerne for en bil til 439 € for 10 dage. Men ved afhentning steg prisen til 699,75 €. En stigning mere på 260,75 €. Vi ankom sent om aftenen og havde ikke en chance for at annullere resevationen. - Hvilket ville have kostet os 75 €. Vi havde reserveret vores bil gennem RBC Europe, Udlejning Reservation Center. GBThey have stolen my money. They have stolen my money. I canceled a booking scheduled for April 2020 in March 2020 when my vacation had to be canceled because of Covid 19. I called and requested a refund, then called again the next day to verify that they had indeed made the cancellation. It took many tries to get through to make the cancellation. Their phone lines were closed for days. As the booking date approached, they sent me some insurance information and a booking confirmation. I then sent two emails to their customer service address explaining that I had canceled the reservation per their instructions. This was still within their window of opportunity to cancel and receive a refund. The booking date passed. I cannot get through to a person on the phone regarding my refund. Via an email form letter, they’ve just sent me a refusal of my refund stating their refund policy. They say I did not cancel the booking and They do not owe me a refund. To paraphrase, “sorry this is not the answer you wanted.” I’m contesting the charge with my bank, but I don’t know that this is the kind of fraud I’m protected from. This is truly despicable. I had no problem with any of my other vacation reservations. Most people seem to be understanding and have a spirit of working together with me to rebook. This company has taken advantage of me and on the bottom line, have robbed me. Theresa Rice
