GBThis the most untrustworthy company out… This the most untrustworthy company out there. I would give it zero stars if possible. You cannot ever reach a human on the phone and the units malfunction and they charge you regardless of whose error it is. They also advertise on their website falsely of the charges you will incur. NEVER use this company. They prey on people who are trying to get through an already difficult time.

GBAlcohol detection systems worst… Alcohol detection systems has the worst customer service. I was hung up on 15 times today because they want to talk while I’m talking. I pay them for service and they don’t work weekends or bother to call you back when they say they will. I’ve been with them for years and I’ve had enough. I am doing everything and anything to switch companies. My car is stuck because of a device error and they want me to pay to get the car towed 30 minutes to have them put another faulty device in. One lady was helpful and was trying to get me a better Intoxalock device because they own both companies. The lady Cletia never called back and when I called back I got the same 2 mean and unhelpful people that hang up on me even though I’m paying them for a breathalyzer that is not functional and I can’t drive because there customer service is terrible. I have to come up with ideas from there earlier customer service reps that quit . Like a mobile installer, how is it my fault that their device is error coding saying clock set error and now I don’t get to go to work or doctor for a week?

GBNot sure this company exists except to debit my bank account Wrote a previous review and emailed the info given to the response of that review. I’ve been on hold for over and hour today called and emailed various emails I have been given to resolve the same violation that was never resolved and also have my unit removed. Still have not been in touch with anyone. Basically at this point it seems no one except the accounts receivable is working for this company. I have turned off the ability to be automatically debited by this company with my bank account and am discontinuing service. This is honestly the weirdest experience I have ever had with a company in my life. There is no service, no resolution, it almost seems like just someone is taking money from accounts. Is that illegal?
