Professional and Prompt. 5 Stars. We had an absolutely wonderful experience using Arizona Sedan and limousine service. I thought that the driver was a perfect gentleman and that the people who we worked with in their offices were extremely professional and knowledgeable. I would have to say that they deserve more than 5 stars.

I am extremely pleased with the level of service provided which includes the reservations representative and the 1st class limousine that was provided as well. High quality limo service. We had an excellent experience with this limousine company. From start to finish everything went perfectly. From the time we made the reservation with the reservation agent to the time the driver showed up everything was amazing. Really high quality service.

One of my staff reached out as a vender… One of my staff reached out as a vender to a fellow vendor for a quote, and spoke to a Steven Pederson who provided pricing. Upon calling back to book the services he was greeted by Eric who stated there was NO availability and rudely hung up on him. Assuming there must be a misunderstanding, I called back myself and Eric answered again. To my surprise he was equally as rude and dismissive with me. I have learned in this business it is better to find out early than before a web-broker wanna-be sends you a beater car or leaves your client standing at the curb. Guys like this give our business a bad name. Read the reviews carefully and you will see that Eric’s name and bad attitude are a constant. Save yourself the headaches and steer clear.
