GBDissatisfied and disappointed Dissatisfied and disappointed. Cottman of Brandon, FL attempted to rebuild my vehicle's transmission twice and failed both times. The office manager refused to provide a breakdown of parts installed, and blamed faulty parts for the first failure. I feel that I was lied to, and now am being stonewalled. There has been no reasonable offer to correct the issues, and to add to the dissatisfactory work performed, the office continues to ignore my demands for correction of the issues. This location cannot receive my endorsement for anyone to hire their services.
