GBI was fine with the 4 month wait for my… I was fine with the 4 month wait for my Tahoe's billet grille. What I wasn't fine with was the company refusing to help my distributor when I wanted to return the grille. I was returning it for a legitimate reason: The grille caused a whistling sound at 49 mph+. An obnoxious whistling sound, that is. The grille was approx $1600 and TRex claimed I needed to pay a restocking fee of almost $400, which is ridiculous, as they never mentioned anything about a restocking fee at date of purchase. I was told the supercharger was getting more air and causing the whistle. LOL. I have a Corsa enclosed intake. There's no extra air coming into the motor. The extra air is from the Trex grille. Customer service is horrific and I've purchased from you before (through a distributor). I'm not some complaining customer looking for handouts. I simply wanted to return the grille for a refund and leave it that. AND after all this, I still purchased the billet inserts for my stock grille and received no credits or anything. That will be the last grille I purchase from your company and hope you change your mind on the restocking fee, or at least notify customers on the front end.

CAScam Scam, with terrible customer service. Wow what a long story, so to summerize they use pay pal. Send you parts that don't work and then finally when you get a refund processed they refund you only a portion of your money so that it's a absolute hassle to get your money back. Avoid at all costs these guys are a headache, scammers, selling junk parts that don't fit, false discretions, I've been dealing with this for almost 5 months now.....
