The day has arrived for pick up and absolutely NO communication on their part as to who the driver is or when they plan on picking up. I wish she would of read the reviews before she used this company. Luckily for her that her pops has the time and resources to make it Hell for these people if they don't follow through.

unsatisfied I trusted this company on handle in my car but my car was driven over 100 miles I am still not getting any answer why my car driven and the service was supposed to be door to door services. Car arrived safely though communicatoins were unexceptable. After speaking to a gentlemen online, being told someone would be in touch, I never heard again. I called someone a few days before departure and kept getting the run around, how someone else would call me. Complete info was not given to me until the day of pick-up, though could not come to my residence, drop of could not be at my location - had to meet them, driver was not friendly. I would not use this agency again.
