SCAM!!! SCAM!!! Gave us runaround for 11 days, posted $300 "deposit" with no carrier contacted. Multiple lies on phone, agent "Mike" went invisible, "dispatcher" Mindy had many excuses including, out of office, family issue, death in family. Disappeared for 2 days, would not return phone calls, texts, DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! See Dept. of Transportation (DOT) online.

Very quick results Very happy I had been working with another transport company and they were not getting any results. I needed an enclosed trailer for my vehicle. I emailed Secure Auto and they responded quickly, I talked with Ross and explained what I needed and when. I received and call the next morning telling me they could pickup my car in 3-4 days and I would have it in a week. I couldn't have been happier with the transportation and the Driver was professional and kept me updated on the time frame he would be here.

Transported Truck from Medford, WI to Goose Creek, SC Todd was very helpful, he explained the process to me clearly. I had lots of questions as I was overwhelmed with offers from other companies. Our truck arrived timely and in good condition. The transport rate was 400.00 less than other quotes I received. I was able to communicate with the driver anytime I needed to.

AZ to FL scion transport went great! I just wanted to say thanks to the Secure team for helping me get my girlfriends car back across the country to Miami. It was an extremely strerssfree experience. I have shipped my car before with another company and this was the easiest and quickest. Dispatch gave me updates the entire time. Loved the communication.
