unsatisfied I trusted this company on handle in my car but my car was driven over 100 miles I am still not getting any answer why my car driven and the service was supposed to be door to door services. I am still waiting for an answer til today I can't even find any info to filed my claim for this matter. Dishonest is not a word on my vocabulary. AZ to FL scion transport went great! I just wanted to say thanks to the Secure team for helping me get my girlfriends car back across the country to Miami. It was an extremely strerssfree experience. I have shipped my car before with another company and this was the easiest and quickest. Dispatch gave me updates the entire time. Loved the communication. Thanks again guys, i will use you again when its time to head out west again.

SCAM!!! SCAM!!! Gave us runaround for 11 days, posted $300 "deposit" with no carrier contacted. Multiple lies on phone, agent "Mike" went invisible, "dispatcher" Mindy had many excuses including, out of office, family issue, death in family. Disappeared for 2 days, would not return phone calls, texts, DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! See Dept. of Transportation (DOT) online.

I was quoted 3 prices for NH to FL and… I was quoted 3 prices for NH to FL and instead of honoring the lowest price ($900, $939, $963) they charged an even higher price ($975). Mike told me it would take 3 days to deliver, it took 5 days. Mike is very, very nice on the phone, he hooks you in, then it turns out he was dishonest. I do not recommend.

Great service, on time , deliver their promisse We needed to transport the cars from California to Utah twice within 2 months period. In each case Secure Auto Shipping did an outstanding job,it was smooth process, easy to communicate, and delivered as promised. We'll use them again for sure.
