Innovative products, and excellent personalized support. Most of the products they offer are quality and do what they say, and usually look better than what they do on the website. I have had a couple of issues, because these are all brand new production items for a new innovative vehicle, but always I get excellent email response, and I've received exceptional support. Some of the products aren't compatible with each other, but they are up front about that, and they provide good answers if I ask a question. I do think the prices are too high, but I'm sure that the vendors they use are charging for development time. Overall, I look at their site often, as something new is coming out all the time. I have over 20 of their offered mods installed.

I have ordered almost everything Slingmods sells for the Slingshot Slingmods keeps bringing in great accessories for the Slingshot and since I can afford it, try to buy everything I can to load up on my Slingshot and Slingmods has always sent my orders out very fast and the orders are accurate. Only had one issue with an item that did not work properly, and Slingmods rushed out a replacement part ASAP. Expensive & Shipping sucks I purchased a few things from this company and they continuously keep screwing up. They say that the items have shipped and yet when I check with FEDEX they still have not received the items. When I sent them an email it took them over a week to answer, so I called and oh my God the items I ordered shipped that morning. This took me three weeks to get my stuff and when I got it, I was so disappointed because the quality of the items was extremely over priced for the quality of. This company has the most selections that I have found online for Slingshots. If there is a better company out there it would be great to know.
