Good product and good customer service. I received a smart cover tonneau cover. It had two small damaged areas on it and the customer service was great they sent me out a replacement right away. I would shop here again and recommend to a friend.

Spiffied up my Jeep Wrangler Purchased Sure Steps and trailer hitch for my new Jeep Wrangler. They both fit perfectly and were easy to bolt right to the frame. All hardware was included with no missing nuts & bolts. Installation guide was very detailed for both. Both took a little over an hour to install. Saved a bunch of money by purchasing from Smittybilt Depot over what the dealer wanted to charge us for the two items. The Sure Steps are both functional and improve the look of my Wrangler. Ordering from Smittybilt Depot most definitely was the best way to go. Would definitely shop there again if the need arises.

Great product, great price, great service! Looked around at various replacement Jeep soft tops. Decided on Smittybilt for cost #1, but also for many strong reviews. You can spend a lot more somewhere else if you want, but for a standard replacement. You can't beet Smittybilt.

I have the smitybilt scout trailer and… I have the smitybilt scout trailer and was missing the special lug key for the wheels. I called smittybilt and informed them I was leaving on a wheeling trip the following Tuesday and needed wheels out on trailer to take it with. They Shipped it for me on a Friday and had it on Saturday!! Awesome Smittybilt!! Thank you so much!!

I have a brand new $200+ compressor… I have a brand new $200+ compressor that won't start and never has. I've emailed Smittybilt multiple times to get directions on how to return. They send a boilerplate Ticket number (that's different each time) and never answer my question. I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of XRC bumpers and accessories but won't be in the future. These folks couldn't care less about customer service. As I write this, I am on minute 16:01 of being on hold. I'm hanging up now and won't ever buy Smittybilt again. l sent compressor back today but frankly I don't give a crap if they even replace it. Redrock 4Wheeler member and Utahn.
