GBBought a 'Motorcycle mechanics course' Bought a 'Motorcycle mechanics course'. Cost £72. Might as well have thrown £72 down the toilet. Poorly filmed, poorly translated, the detail is almost laughable. As an example, the 'Adjusting the chain on your motorcycle' video lasted about 1 minute 30 seconds. Poorly lit in a dingy garage, and 30 seconds of that was telling you who your 'Instructor' was. The actual instruction lasted about a minute, and the bike was 30 years old, so nothing like the bikes you're likely to be riding. I found out 10 times more info for free on YouTube. I contacted the company politely requesting a refund, but was told 'We don't normally do refunds on digital products'. Not sure what 'Normally' means in this case. Then I was told I'd be referred to their manager to see if they could authorise, even though the email I got was from a manager. When I asked why I needed to deal with a different manager, I was told 'I just find new customers, I don't do refunds'. As you can guess, I never heard back from this other manager. Subsequently sent them three emails, and was ignored every time. Avoid this company like the plague.
