GBWas told that item was shipped and to … Was told that item was shipped and to wait longer then when asked by paypal to check shipping info item and shipping was cancelled! Didn't know that items could be recalled after being shipped out to customers.

GBDo not hesitate, they are the best in solving problems The best in solving problems. I had an issue on a Tacoma truck that I have been trying to solve for over a year. No one in my area, including the dealership could help. I called YotaShop and they helped me find the parts I needed from pictures I took of my truck. Their customer service was definitely above and beyond. There is no question if I will be a returning customer. I am definitely grateful for the time and effort they put into researching the parts and cross referencing numbers to ensure I received the proper parts. If I were any closer I would take them out for drinks and lunch

GBVery knowledgeable staff who took the… Very knowledgeable staff who took the time to help me figure out how to fix a botch job of a rebuild that I picked up. I tore the engine down gave them a little information about what I found and "WHAM" I was on track with a few parts and minimal cost! Honestly, with the hour that they spent on the phone with me helping to find the right avenue to take was well worth the $73 I spent in parts! I highly recommend Yotashop for their knowledge and very reasonable prices!
